WELCOME TO THE NTWOA
Welcome to the Northeast Tennessee Wrestling Officials Association! We are very excited that you have taken an interest, and look forward to working with you on your journey of officiating local High School wrestling. Below is a guide for how to begin officiating, as well as what to expect throughout the process. Please feel free to ask any and all questions along the way, as our members look forward to helping you in every way possible.
Registration
This guide outlines the steps to register as a wrestling official for the 2024-2025 season with the Northeast Tennessee Wrestling Officials Association (NTWOA).
Before You Begin
Review the TSSAA Regulations for Officials to ensure eligibility.
Registration Process
Visit the TSSAA website: https://tssaa.org/
Click on "Contest Officials"
Click on "Officials' Registration"
Click on "Begin Registration"
Existing ArbiterSports Account
If you already have an account, sign in to pre-populate your information.
Selecting Wrestling and Association
Under "Sports," choose Wrestling (2024-2025).
Under "Association," select NE Tennessee Wrestling Officials Assn (NTWOA).
Note: You can only choose one association during registration.
Registration Completion
Complete the online registration form carefully.
Pay the registration fee.
A background check will be conducted by TSSAA after registration and payment.
Important Notes
For questions regarding membership in multiple associations, contact the TSSAA state office at go@tssaa.org.
If you have any issues with getting registered, please contact Lucas Croxdale.
NFHS Exam Instructions (This exam is required for all new officials. This includes first year and first year in the association).
